Discovering EFT has been the single most exciting development of my professional life as a therapist. I have found it to be a way of working that can deliver rapid relief to many people suffering from levels of unhappiness from ever-present anxiety to the effects of deep trauma. It can also be effective in helping people to find inner peace in the present and to work more efficiently towards positive future goals.

I have been a therapist in private practice for more than 15 years and have been training and supervising other therapists for nearly 10. I now specialize in EFT training at Levels 1, 2 and 3 (Gary Craig content-approved syllabuses) and really enjoy sharing my own learning, experience, skills and expertise with people new to EFT whether they come to learn it for themselves or for their therapy clients. I am also planning a series of themed workshops on using EFT. Sharing their journeys of discovery with people on my courses is a joy. I see individual clients for one-to-one sessions face-to-face and by phone. And I have now widened my EFT practice into group and corporate work - intensive EFT retreats for ‘Personal Transformation’ and ‘Attracting The Life You Want’ and into running on-going special interest groups on topics including weight and self esteem. I have a particular interest in working with people with post traumatic trauma individually or in groups.  I am particularly interested in working with war trauma.

I was the organiser of the 2008 EFT International Masterclass in London with 13 EFT Masters presenting and several hunded EFTers at the weekend event and the pre and post conference workshops.
